Module system

Standard-library functionality — HTTP, SQLite, JSON, filesystem, config, logging, crypto, validation, JWT, mail, and cache — is added through the NativeModule / NativeFunction / ModuleRegistry pattern, the single established extension path for the standard library. New native functionality is added without touching the grammar, lexer, or parser at all; only the interpreter's registry changes. Every new module gets a stdlib design doc before implementation begins.
